I know there is a thread going here on coffee and hydrating but this just in on Pain and inflammation. So perhaps those drinking more coffee are in less pain.

I cut back to 1 cup per day and really don't want to drink more, maybe I'll do a 1/2 cup in afternoon but then it may disrupt my sleep. ummmmmmmm
