Whether it be minor or major

The last injury I got was bruising on my foot after accidentally running a trolley over it.

Technically not an injury or illness, but I'm still recovering from a horrific case of systemic poison ivy. Been about 2 months now.

After 40+ years of not being allergic and never getting more than a slight red bump here and there after wading through the stuff in the woods, it attacked with a vengeance. Respiratory issues along with pretty much 100% of my surface area itching continuously and maddeningly despite only having the rash on my legs.

I've done well lately (knock on wood).

I think my last injury was a few years ago, being thrown up in the air from a raft being towed by a boat, about 15 feet, and coming down on top of a 16 year old. My face on her knee.

I was bruised from my forehead all the way down my neck. Ahhh, good times.
