Sure...fish oil or flax seed oil and eating salmon and other fish high in Omega 3's is very good for inflammation.

I was told by a doctor I saw yrs ago that egg yolks are inflammatory and so I stopped eating yolks for a while and only whites and that got too boring. Then I can find info on how eggs are the perfect foods. Who really knows FOR SURE on it all.

Try daily ground flaxseed and turmeric-curcumin:

https://nutritionfacts.org/video/tur...steoarthritis/
Turmeric Curcumin & Osteoarthritis
Michael Greger M.D. FACLM January 17th, 2014 Volume 16
"The yellow pigment curcumin in the spice turmeric may work as well as, or better than, anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis."

Also:
"If, as described, oxidative stress and inflammation both play a role in joint inflammation, then that may help explain the role of turmeric. See my recent videos, Which Spices Fight Inflammation? and Spicing Up DNA Protection.
I’d also add nuts (Fighting Inflammation in a Nut Shell) and mushrooms (Boosting Immunity while Reducing Inflammation) to the list of anti-inflammatory plant foods."

You asked about food, not supplements. So, know also that Dr. Greger recommends a low inflammatory diet of no meat or animal products.
