Anybody know anything about the Sestamibi stress test? I am scheduled to have one for an irregular heart beat but I haven't had any lately. I turned down the cardiolite stress test because I don't want that nuclear radiation in me. I actually wonder if I need a stress test right now.

Gosh, this is a very late response to your post, but I am wondering how things worked out for you? My brand-new doctor is wanting me to have a cardiolite stress test, too. I'm not keen on having the radioactive die, either.

They radioactivity is VERY short-lived....and unless you have kidney problems, your body gets rid of it pretty fast. It's not a lot.
