Boils have been transferring to different parts of my body (cysts, painful)

I first had a boil under my right armpit. Then it went away and it appeared under my left armpit. Then it went away and it now appears on the side of my right head. This all happened in the span of 2 weeks.
What should I do? The boil I have now on the right side of my head hurts. I've been putting Jamaican Black Castor Oil on it at night.

Have you done research on why and cures? I just read a long link and I presume you've read up on them. A friend years ago talked about getting carbuncles and that was explained too in what I read. I read it's bacterial staph infection.
You might want to see a doctor and have the condition treated properly.
I'd say first get it diagnosed. Identified. What is this, that's happening to you? Find that out first. Then you can try and figure out what to do about it. Some people have hormonal changes that cause boils. I used to get one near my privates once a month. Very painful for a couple days, then it'd either open and drain by itself, or recede without any treatment at all. Stopped getting those maybe 5 years ago. Huge relief!
You might have cysts, not boils. They're not the same thing. Maybe it is a staph infection (no need to call it a "bacterial" staph infection - there's no other kind of staph infection since staph is a bacteria) Or you might have carbuncles. Or maybe the pod-people are laying eggs under your skin
Did any of these boils have a head on them?? Does the one on your head look like it may have puss in it? It's an infection of some sort, maybe an ingrown hair? I'd see a doctor about it.
I'd definitely get it checked out by a doctor. A coworker was just out for quite a while on super strong antibiotics because what she thought was a "just" a boil was actually MRSA.
If it's spreading it's probably an infection. I had something like that, most likely originated from my razor but no idea where my razor could have picked up the bacteria. I kept using it and spreading it more, before I realized the culprit. It was gross but easily cured with one course of antibiotics.
Go to the doctor, especially if it's got a head on it. In the meantime, get yourself a tea tree oil body wash. It can't hurt, and it might stop the infection from migrating.
I am susceptible to boils, and tea tree oil products help keep it under control.
First, best see a doctor.
Second, I used to be prone to cysts but haven't had any for quite a while. One thing I ran across as a home remedy is the spice turmeric. Taken internally in food and used as a poultice (mixed with water and applied directly to sore) its supposed to be anti-inflammatory and good for treating infections. Whether it worked for me is up for debate but I've been adding it to my food for a while, can't hurt.
