How do you keep yourself healthy? (teeth, doctor, diet, exercise regularly)

Do you do anything specific? I make sure to take vitamin d everyday and drink warm water with honey and lemon! It has so many health benefits. I also make sure I’m taking a multivitamin and stay away from alcohol, cigarettes, and caffeine.
Keeping my teeth clean after every meal, especially flossing. I don't brush my teeth 3X a day, but I do make sure all of the food is out, and the bacterial film on my teeth are wiped clean. It's a lot less work for my immune system.
Adequate sleep
Essential oils (wear and diffuse)
Walking
Regular massage
Lemon water (to keep the body hydrated and alkaline)
Low protein
Mostly plant based, but some cheese and chicken
Positive thinking techniques
Reiki
Vitamins (not good at following through, but feel they are important)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Acupuncture when needed
Stay away from doctors/hospitals, as much as is possible!
Keep teeth clean
Fresh air in bedroom
Healing music on YouTube
4/7/8 breathing for sleep inducement
Organic everything
Natural everything
Stay away from toxic people if possible
Have fun
Eat healthy food

I exercise regularly, try to maintain a healthy diet overall, take my prescribed medications as directed, and do my best to maintain a positive outlook on life.
Oh, and of course make it a point to appreciate all the little things around me, and not take anything or anyone for granted.
I guess these all sound like platitudes, but they really do help maintain my health!.

This is me too, except we have been bad on the exercise recently. I also try to include veg or fruit at every meal. And no juices.
