Such as high protein, low fat & carbs type things? I get hungry post-w/out even after a meal & it needs negating w/ a healthy snack. Tried carbs as in Whole wheat cereals, Triscuits, PB on Ezekiel bread, popcorn, tortilla chips, etc. but ALL carbs & little protein.
No dairy in my diet other than every other day a whole egg, & some Greek yogurt w/ high protein/low fat & sugars from Safeway (Nonfat Lucerne Greek w/ only 3 grams of sugars/24 gms protein).
Ok, so I crave unsalted pretzels but they're a no no. I eat handful of nuts daily early prior to my ONE big meal (aka Intermittent fasting agenda here) & a few pieces fruit as in apple, pear, berry's, etc after that lunchtime (also it thus, counts-as-dinner meal).
Any ideas how to keep hunger at bay as I wind down the day toward bedtime? I have no ideas...
