She wants to know what experiences other random, everyday people have had with this medication. Any individual can react to any medication in any manner. Other people's experiences are worthless. All that counts is how anyone (OP) reacts themselves

There is often a tendency to see trends over time, which can often predict how one might act. That's where the list of possible side-effects comes from.

We can't ignore trends and empirical data. It sounds like you want to ignore all of that, just keep wiping the slate clean, and be in ignorance. You can live like that if you want, but most people want as much information as they can get, to help them make informed decisions.

I wonder if there could potentially be lingering side effects of eating benzodiazepines and Benadryl like tic tacs for a bunch of years? Maybe?

There's a point. How about giving a new drug-free life a chance while you teach yourself new ways to sleep or relax? Your body has only known this one way for a long time.

A months worth of treatment isn't going to heal the disarray of central nervous system issues. That will take time and patience.

I believe that's what coschristi is saying, too.
