I want to give a Christmas gift to someone I don’t know particularly very well but they provide a business service for me and have gone over and above the call of duty.
I may just end up giving money but wondered if there is also some kind of food gift that is safe to give someone who has UC?
I’m guessing chocolates are out.
Guessing it might be specific to each person but thought I’d see if anyone has words of advice.

To play it safe, I would give a gift card to say Trader Joe's or a store in their area.

Because you don't know their particular food intolerances, food is really out. I was recently diagnosed with MC microscopic colitis and can't eat anything
