Today while at a biz event, a short while after eating a snack of mixed nuts (which seemed to trigger it), I started more seeing black patching spots in everything I was looking at, and having a hard time seeing the right side of things with my right eye. Eventually it left my right eye and went to my left eye. I felt really off. It was disconcerting and I had to go to my hotel room and lie down and eventually I was left with a severe head ache.
Does this sound like a migraine? Allergic reaction? Anything else? It happened before lunch and I still don't feel right at 7:30 :-(
Sounds like a migraine, but a trip to the doctor would be in order.

Well, that's me now sans headache since yesterday....Comes with age it is said.
In the right eye for me...so much online on this...shadows on the back of the eye...vitreous gel/liquid...yada yada....SO much info if googled.
Vitamins suggested .....not much can be done, but there IS a procedure that sounds too much for me to want to do.
Did I manifest this because there is so much I'm not seeing? Or refuse to see?

You can get ocular migraines, which are basically the aura part of the migraine without the headache.
Don't assume your problem is caused by age. Call your doctor, see if you should be seen for it. My sister had ocular migraines for years and then they turned out to be something else, something that can be treated.
Yes...we are talking about your head. Go see a doctor.
