a year and a half ago my prescription test was OD +3.00 - 1.50 X 078 OS +2.25 - 1.75 X 068 add +2.00 and now it is OD +3.25 -2.75 X 080 OS +0.25 - 250 X 0.67 my Question is can that OS 0.25 be correct

If you wore last years Rx comfortably :
Only after cataract or lasik surgery could that be correct
Possible if wild fluctuations in blood sugars
