I agree...keep em coming.
There can never be enough threads to promote alternative natural ways to cure or alleviate most (if not all) of our illnesses and aches and pains. I enjoy your threads and posts...thanks

I quit taking statins due to what I have heard and read about the problems with them. Although the alternative I am using for high cholesterol is not the best either - Cholestyramine which has constipation side effects.

Yep....the truth is out there....its just being hidden somehow from everyone.

Likely a Big Pharma conspiracy to keep the "truth" under wraps.

Obviously there are natural "cures" to every human ailment hiding in plain sight and if only people would listen they could live forever....

Why not more magnesium to help that issue. I take more every day and don't take drugs for chol issues.

Whhhhaaaaaaat? Having to take ANOTHER supplement to offset the "side effects" of the first supplement? That sounds like a big no-no, at least when Big Pharma does it! Double the profits, oh my!

What you are taking is a pharma drug. Read up on it, constipation is probably one of the side effects.
