The edge of the desk digs into my ankles for hours and sometimes my feet go numb for a minute . So I could be cutting off circulation and calling it a brain tumor or cancer.

I seldom go to the doctor but once did with a complaint about my whole right arm going numb.
He had no answer but once I realized that my 5000 lb (exaggeration there) pocketbook was slung across my shoulder, the 'cure' was found.
I will hope you find your 'cure' as easily by changing your sitting position.

Thanks. What I'm going to do is put a towel or a big piece of eggcrate foam underneath my ankles and see if that helps.
