Even an occasional glass of wine or beer increases the risk of health problems and dying, according to a major study on drinking in 195 nations that attributes 2.8 million premature deaths worldwide each year to booze.

I appreciate knowing the magnitude that it increases risk of various conditions so that I can make my own decisions on how much or how little to drink. No shock and awe here!
Then don't drink. In the meantime, I will still have my drinks on the weekend. I enjoy them, I gotta get some kind of enjoyment at least some of the time.
You only go around once, If I like my wine or beer, after a hard day, or even, a not so hard day....I am going to have one or two. I could get eaten by a gator, or hit by a bus to. Cheers
I could go through my whole life not drinking and get a few extra years, but what’s the point if your not actually enjoying life? I’ll take the trade Off!

These ‘experts’ can’t make up their minds. One year coffee is bad, the next it’s good, alcohol is good one year and bad the next, butter is bad one year and then a new study says it’s not bad. Everything in moderation. Cheers.
