I second the Vitamin D and magnesium solution... I've recently increased my dosage (take in the A.M.) and sleeping more soundly. I've always struggled with insomnia and I thought it was just a coincidence, but I notice a direct correlation to better sleep on the mornings I take. Vitamin D deficiency is fairly common...
