I've had white spots on my nails and was told by a dermatologist that they are the result of the nail growing out after an injury to the cuticle.
Re the rash, it certainly does look like a simple skin reaction to something topical -- but it could also be something more serious. No one can diagnose it over the internet.
that is a hard one to figure out.
my three opinions:
1. put both of your hands in really cold water for 2 minutes. that works for me...sometimes.
2. if #1 does not meet your satisfaction, try Vicks VapoRub. do not know why, but it has provided relief.
3. if After trying 1 and Then trying 2 without the results you want, then pay a doctor to determine causes.
