I've been eating Kale and it seems to not be working with me. I usually eat Romaine Lettuce which works fine with my system. But I've stopped due to the e. coli scare. Is it safe to eat Romaine Lettuce again?

I'm eating it, I was never panicked in the beginning. I'm not wild about kale.

The CDC says it's now okay to eat romaine, as long as you can confirm it wasn't grown in California.

Now a days, there is a scare, with just about everything....and you don`t find out, until after you have already eaten it. Because of the romaine scare, I have discovered baby spinach....really like it.

I am a little more conscience of getting produce from local sources.

That is what I try to do. I've been eating locally grown lettuce and have had no problems with it.
