I am ordering a pair of Hoka Napalis online because they are on sale right now. I have three pairs of worn out Brooks ranging in size from 91/2 to 8 mediums, so I know fit varies. I was going to get an 81/2 medium width. My normal size is 8 medium. Does anybody have any first hand experience with Napalis? I will be walking on concrete, but fast, like fitness walking.

My husband and I both have Hoka's but I have no idea which type. I think that any of them would be good for walking on concrete. My husband made me get them because of RA in my feet, and allow me to run on occasion without pain later.

I ordered a pair of Clifton 1's from ebay, thinking since I know nothing of their sizing, that would be the affordable way to go. Well they got here, and I love them. The size is true to fit, being a half size larger than my dress shoes as is the standard for athletic shoes. They are springy and cushy, but I'm thinking that they are too spongy for jogging. I think I need more stability. I'm going to look into a different pair for jogging. Other than that, I have no back pain at the end of the day when I wear them for walking.🎉
