Same way any 20 year old does, from a friend or stole it from parent
This product is not available, as such, in the US so either illegal import or OP is out of country
Regardless, Suzy-Q answered above
Paracetamol is English English for acetaminophen

Thisssssss.
Tramadol works for me - one pill and I am going to sleep soon. For my brother, it gives bizarre dreams bordering on hallucination. I've had mild dreams with tramadol, but never with vicodin or morphine. Tramadol is still classed as potentially addictive.
From the look of the box i would say he is from France. Acetaminophen is known all over Europe as Paracetamol.
I have taken Tramadol, for pain it did nothing....it did make me woozy and apparently nicer. Bf said i kinda turned into a ball of love. I can see why its addictive, not for me, but for the bf so he can spike my drinks.
Its been 3 days. If you are still experiencing side effects, i recommend a therapist.
I have long term severe, limiting pain issues. Terrified of pain meds. Asked my doc for alternatives - Tramadol was useless for me.
Then again, what few times I’ve been prescribed opioids short term, they didn’t help either.
Weird. My take is that the purity and different chemical combos of most modern opiates may work against them.....that is, opium itself contains various substances...somewhat like Pot contains all those different chems....that may work together in pain relief.
Most modern "lightweight" opiates are designed specifically to be somewhat ineffective in the hopes that people won't enjoy them (Codeine, for example).
I dont think so............this is given for severe pain..
No it's not. I take it every morning, and it does have just enough affect on my RA for me to be more functional, it is not strong at all. I add the Tylenol to increase it's strength.
If I had acute instead of chronic pain? It would never touch it.
It has absolutely no affect on me otherwise, just takes away the ache.
For example:
I have extremely sore leg muscles from a hard work out yesterday.
I took my morning tramadol.
I STILL have super sore leg muscles.
