Have you tried any dialytic exercises? I'd encourage you to engage in a few every so once in a while when you can. This resource has some simple stretches and the only equipment you need in some cases is a resistance band:

Lastly, allow me to say I genuinely understand what you are going through. Sure, an increasing number of people are finding themselves dealing with kidney issues these days but that does not wash away the fact that it is an extremely distressing affair. The word dialysis alone changed my family as I knew it, so I understand first hand how disruptive it can be.
