How many cases were prevented or a more mild version thanks to vaccination?
I had type A in early October, couple weeks before I normally get my flu vaccines. It was super mild, I felt more like I had a bad head cold than the flu. I was back to work 5 days after diagnosis. I’ve been vaccinated for 18 consecutive years. This was the first and only time I’ve had the flu in since I was in high school. That time around I was out of school for close up a month.
