I have recently had some red blotches appear on my stomach and back. The skin is not peeling or anything like that; just a different color. I am not allergic to anything either.

Can anyone recommend any over the counter products which might help with what I am experiencing?

Is it itching or painful?

It might just go away or you could see your MD. Hard to make recommendations without a diagnosis...

For weeks? See a doctor! Your largest organ is trying to tell you that something has changed. If you have a primary care provider start there. Could be a symptom of something metabolic/systemic, not a skin problem.
