There are many FB and other sites talking about Breast Implant Illness (BII). Apparently a lot of women are very sick from their implants and are choosing to explant. Some aren't aware why they have been so sick. There are many symptoms of BII which are easy enough to google.
While I don't have many of the symptoms I have a few but not enough to make me want to explant at this point since I've had a bilateral mastectomy and I would be completely flat if I had them removed which I am not ready for at all.
Any women here have implants and have been unexplainedly ill with auto-immune or other problems? Have you already had them removed? How long to recover? Would you consider having them removed if you felt they were causing your sickness? Apparently when you have them removed you have to have the capsule (scar tissue) removed also or you are wasting your time.
