I know sugar is bad for the kidneys that's why I now eat No Sugar added apple pie and eat the entire thing since I have binge eating disorder. I have kidney disease due to high blood pressure which is genetic and cannot take any medications since the ones I tried always end up making another medical condition even worse which affects my daily function in life including working and that's how I lost my last job. Just this other chronic medical condition alone makes it hard to work and I am close to losing this job. So taking high blood pressure medication will cause me to definitely lose time from work. I know, been there, done that. Now back to the topic. Is no sugar added bad for the kidneys? This is the one I buy

Also high potassium is bad for the kidneys and the ONLY time I ever had high potassium was after taking lisinopril prescribed by a kidney specialist which is stupid because I asked her before taking it if there will be any important negative side effects I should know and she said it's fine and no side effects will occur. Then I did physical check up a week later and they found high potassium then the week after I went to kidney specialist and the idiot herself said she wanted to check my blood and I asked why and she said the medication could increase my potassium which is dangerous for the kidneys so I admitted to her that's what happened and on the test it should it was high so I stopped the medication then it went back to normal. This was years ago but ever since then my potassium is normal. This is the potatoe chips I eat that have only a small amount of salt. Since I have binge eating disorder I eat almost the entire bag. It only has 5mg of sodium.

My potassium was normal. Is it possible that by eating all of these potato chips my potassium might get high? How long does it take to go back to normal? On a Friday night I finished eating most of the bag and finished the apple pie by the end of the day. Then on Monday morning I did the physical exam and my sugar was normal, my sodium was normal and my potassium was normal.

You need to get some help for your "binge eating disorder."

Good luck.
