Make sure your doctor uses hand sanitizer and cleans stethoscope

This almost makes me avoid Drs like some people around here, but I'll take my chances and not guess, or use Dr Google

And make sure you wash your hands between all those visits to Dr. Google, in the event you decide to become your own doctor! Those keyboards, be they on desktops, laptops, tablets or phones, get pretty germy in their own right!

Door knobs and door handles. First thing you generally touch when going into a doctors office. No one cleans the door knobs.

There are germs everywhere and it's amazing that I didn't get germ infested in the hospital and rehabs I was locked up in for 4.5 months, must have been something to do with my strong immune system which I continued to FEED during that time. Yep, antioxidants.

I got pink eye from an eye doctor's office once. The only things I touched were the doorknob, the pen at reception, and the arms of the chair in the waiting room. But it could have also been from the nurse's or the doctor's hands. You just never know.

I'm not a germaphobe, but doctor's offices, hospitals, at the gym I USE the hand sanitizers!

Otherwise, I kiss my dog on the mouth and such.
