My husband has a cold. It’s been a week and it’s funky colors still in chest. I caught it and it came on Thursday afternoon and night. Friday I had to leave work early I felt so bad and had 100 temp on and off the raft or the day and evening. Saturday morning I was fine. Granted I still have a very stuffed nose but no temp or aches. Just sore from sneezing so much Thursday night and Friday. Is it my resistance that helps it pass? Or maybe the temp helps burn the germs.

Drink plenty of water and treat symptomatically too.

Our silly home remedy to get rid of about anything is to eat some hot salsa to burn out the germs on the inside and then go nap in the sunshine to sweat it all out.
