G/f is in hosp yet as she had acute reaanl fail on 8/6 & been in almost 2 wks icu. WIll go to phys med/psych rehab now. Anyone know longterm of poss damage & brain issues due to this high level? I read over 2.0 level can cause brain damage yet unsure of this? Therapeutic window is .8-1.2. She way overshot it!

She's Bipolar 1 & on & off again & this time lost alot of lbs (is now anoxeric like) from a wght of about 120lbs to 100 at 5.5". It is nuts but she needs CBT to correct anorexic or she'll really be in trouble doc said. Ok, just hoping anyone has ideas here. TY.
