Chillin out w/ out substances/meds? Any ideas? (medical, how to, healthy)

This has been roughest Aug month on record in my existence. So.. I keep up barely w. now...modified workouts, try to keep eatin low amounts...as food isnt comfort to me under stress/duress. I know things can ALWAYS be worse & thus the fear.
There's only so much one human can take & if I come out other side from soo many things in chaos this month I deserve -- ok I'll say-- the purple medal. Life is really sketchy right now.. suffice saying... more later on details but this helps me unload some of this ridiculous baggage asap...

I personally get desperate with God and pray.
I unload every thing on Him and keep doing it till the load is lifted.
A little personal discipline of spending an hour before the Lord in prayer, first thing in the morning , not always talking but directing my thoughts to Him and my problem for guidance .
Jesus provided the Holy Spirit to teach us how to pray and by giving Him this latitude He has something to work with .
My God does the extraordinary and things beyond explanation .
I have known His intervention all my life since I was 7 , and I am 68+ now . God is faithful, IF you do your part.

I get you & I've been doing the same for this whole summer. Kind of wish there was a way to have put me into a medically-induced coma instead. Keep telling myself how great & healthy I'm going to feel & instead; I just feel worse. More exhausted every day. I'm still on plan A though.
There are tons of free stress relief guided meditations on YouTube and ITunes. I use them a lot when life is stressful.
