I am 33 and used to love eating coneys and 2 ways from coney I-lander, but recently I have noticed when I do, I get a mild stomach ache that lasts for hours, is this normal?

Yes, it is not abnormal at all. Chili can be hard to digest since it is spicy and has beans. I think coneys also have onions, which can cause bloating and stomach pain. All around, this dish just has a lot of ingredients that aren’t really easy on the tummy and can cause indigestion.

Your stomach lining might be inflamed from eating foods like that, aka gastritis. Look up the list of foods to avoid and the list of foods that can help. If that doesn't improve it, see a doctor.

It's heartburn. You probably need to start cutting back on spicy, acidy foods and keeping antacids on hand for when you do indulge.
