Three times; twice giving birth and once for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. When I had food poisoning in my 60's,I went to a a Urgent Care Center. I am 71 now.
Been in many a hospital a lot of times for my husband. Does this count?
Tonsils at three, piliodinal cycst at 23, broken ankle at 49.
That's enough.....but how long did you stay??? For me it was only four nights. I know someone that was also in three times and it was over three weeks!!!
Three times --- When I was 15 and a friend and I got hit by a car. When I gave birth. When I had my gallbladder removed three years after giving birth.

Pilonidal cyst, ouch! My sympathies.
I can recall only two hospitalizations: one where I had to spend the night in Stanford's cancer ward (it was the only available bed) to have an IV antibiotic administered and another after my spine decompression surgery.
I had a septoplasty and a wrist surgery years ago. I fell off a swingset as a kid and knocked myself unconscious - I might have been in the hospital for that. Maybe wisdom teeth removal.
I've had 5 surgeries (appendix, shoulder, and knee 3 times). All of them were done as outpatient procedures, so no overnight hospital stays. I did sleep on the floor in the emergency ward one night for an issue my wife was having. Also stayed in a hotel nearby for another procedure she had.
Unfortunately I'll be having a sixth surgery in January for a lower back fusion. That will be 3 - 5 nights in the hospital.
Your appendix was outpatient?? That’s amazing! I thought they kept everyone overnight.
Not my favorite place to be but you wouldn't know it from the number of times I've been an inpatient. Funny thing was that aside from being born, the number was zero until my early thirties. Since then, over a dozen, but I stopped counting at some point.
Wondering that myself - anyway, for me twice - at 5 y.o for tonsilectomy, and last month for a blood clot. Being in hospital is no fun....
Funny I didn't think why, I just thought OP was curious. Many people do polls and I don't question those either...guess I don't let minor stuff bother me.
