Sure, things can change. How much...who knows?
It'd be best to go your doctor, just to ease your mind.

You must be very young. Bodies constantly change, today you could feel like a million, 3 weeks later you might get a blockage, months later maybe a heart attack , a stroke, a stone, kidney problems, the list can go on & on. That's why we, as recommended, get annual doctor check ups to monitor our bodies. If a known problem exists then get several doctor check ups. You do know you only have one life to live, take care of it.

Things can get better or worse. If it were me I would return to your cardiologist and see what he/she has to say. Chances are you are fine. Many of us have had something on a EKG that is a red flag and turns out to be nothing, but better to be safe than sorry.

Congratulations on your normal echo. Do your best to change your diet so that you lose weight. That will normalize your blood sugar, and probably your lipid profile, too. If you have a strong family history of heart disease, consider a cardiac calcium score test.

If you can lose the weight, and keep it off, you will greatly reduce your risk of future coronary artery disease.

I'd get the heart check-up and eat a diet that avoids the artery-clogging foods--who needs lots of"blood-sludge" foods? A vegetable-centric diet is the way to go. I'm not saying vegetarian or vegan, please note. Just emphasizing vegetables and avoiding bad fats.

From your first post, it sounds as though you know you can improve your diet?
