After my recent heart attack its been decided that due to medical implications i dont qualify for open heart surgery in the form of a triple bypass so stents is the remaining option. Was wondering for those who have had stents how did you feel before the stents were implanted and how did you feel after..
I had a mild heart attack about 20 years ago and hadn't been feeling bad at all. After tests I did have 1 stint put in, was out of the hospital the next morning and on an exercise plan with in a few days. Never was I bothered with any discomfort or anything. The only down side: I didn't like the Mr NO personality doctor.

And now you will experience a pain in the pocketbook.
And go thru the trial & error period of drug and food adjustments.
Be careful with statins and Brilinta.

^its not only the cost but the adverse (contradictions) affects that your body has to the medications.
Statins has a high incidence of muscle degradation or myopathy. Brilinta acidified my blood and brought on a gout attack.
