So they are looking for a way to give disinfectant internally to prevent covid. Where have a I heard that before?

nasal administration is not considered "internal", it's topical

did you read the article? "nasal disinfection" is your clue here that this is not internal especially when they reference mupirocin, etc.

It also mentions Lactoferrin as an oral supplement.
