FWIW, I had no pain or medical issues. Just not happy with them or the effect on my life. So in that case, it's rather similar. But a much more complex procedure.
I say, do whatever makes you happy! It's your body, as they say.
Question...can those of you with implants lay on your stomach?
My implants aren't very big, so I can... It just feels a little different now...It doesn't hurt, but there is more there now..

Interesting. I don't have that negative reaction to a reduction because it seems like it *might* be medically justified. I don't know. The boob business is just too much - so much to be unpacked from male influence (which many women don't acknowledge having any impact at all) - to women's feelings of lack that is promoting their *need* to artificially modify their bodies.

I agree that breast reduction is typically done for medical reasons. I have known some very nice women who had a reduction because they had a lot of back pain.
I think most breast implants look bad. I find women attractive, I'm actually bi-sexual and I don't like the feeling of fake breasts.
It also seems like they are similar to a tattoo. A tattoo might seem really important to someone when they get it...but 10 years later most regret getting one and it just seems silly. I guess we'll have a lot of old ladies with tats and fake ******* soon. We actually already do!

Silicone implants actually feel just like natural breasts...
you have breast implants so you're obviously going to keep defending them.
Well, I'm not lying about the fact that they feel natural. Why would I have a reason to? Now that it has been almost three months since my surgery, I can honestly say that they feel as soft as my natural breasts did.

Why does anybody have to defend breast implants for themselves tho? Some women smoke like a chimney, eat unhealthy, or don't exercise.......BUT they are usually the 1st ones on a computer to attack women that have implants because of "health reasons" or their "insecurity" when most of those health risks have been minimized over the yrs. Implants are not the same as they were 20 or 30 yrs ago AND we know what to look out for & how to provide preventative care for a "success".
A lot of people think it's an extremely vain thing to do. That's all.
Some of us people who’ve had plastic surgery for vanity reasons simply don’t give a rats behind what other people think.
