I have not done this anymore. I am doing the PT exercises that my PT gave me years ago. I especially remember the one that I lay flat on a table on my back, but I do this lying on the floor. I then raise my arms over my head until I can touch the floor. My PT brought me off the table the first time she did this 10 years ago. I can't touch the floor yet.

I have also added ginger to my morning routine when taking Turmeric. I know sitting in my recliner all day on my laptop does not help, but it has been nasty outside. When I am out walking I try to swing my arms a little more than I normally would when walking.

I like isometric exercises for damaged joints, too. It will help build muscle without damaging the joint further.
