Feel my age? Physically, also being 35, it started about 5 years ago with similar sexual and physical issues.

Mentally, though, I’m mostly still a more educated 17 year old boy. I like a bit of lowbrow behavior, some resistance to authority, and a crass persona.

Started in my Mid 30's, but nothing really too noticeable. I take care of myself though.

I was smiling as I thought the same as you: I will be 83 in 2 months: do I feel it, heck I don't know what it feels like cause I don't remember my last life when I was 83. Of course I feel a lot different than I did even 20 years ago or 10 or even 5. I go shopping and run errands like we did on Monday for about 5 or so hours and I can hardly get the energy to put all the groceries away and fix dinner. But then when I am around our friends, mostly near our age and listen to their gripes I think God I am glad I am not as old or as bad as they are. We are old, we get tired, but we still say super busy.

44.

Aches, pains, joint pains, lower back issues, etc. all became a much more common part of life.

About when I turned 50 (53 now). I don't have any physical ailments really, but I have noticed I forget things more easily now. Simple things like walking into a room and not remembering what I was looking for, to simple directions to places I have been before. I find it frustrating.

Second item is more physiological.... when I look at the back of my hands they just look "old". Spots starting, veins more pronounced, skin doesn't look smooth any more, etc.

I'm close to 70 and compared to most people my age, I still feel pretty damn good. Certainly not as fast or strong as I was in my youth but I can still do far more than most 40 year couch potatoes! I do work out on a fairly regular basis, including lifting weights and always keep my weight in check (5'9" and 165). I drink only occasional alcohol. Blood pressure is good, blood sugar is good (high side of normal). Knees, spine and shoulders feel pretty good, still have my teeth and eyes are good. The only issue I've had was sic sinus 4 years ago that required a pacemaker. The cause could not be determined as other than my heart's electrical system, everything else looked excellent. Even with the pacemaker I have no restrictions and recently hiked 120 miles in 8 days at elevations of 6000' to 11,000' and elevation gains of up to 1000'/mile.
Although I could retire, I choose to work as my grandfather (who lived to be a few months short of 100) always said that work (if you love it) keeps you young. I believe he was correct as he worked until the age of 92. He would have worked longer but the company closed down.

I’m 41 and I feel good. I’m getting more gray hair and I did get a basal cell carcinoma at 39. But no real aches or pains and my stats are healthy. I’m hoping it stays like this for a well. No more skin cancers would be great. Awful procedure.
