I have no idea when one will be able to buy more hand sanitizer. So, I was able to order some Isopropyl Alcohol 70% - (no 91% available). Can one just rub some on the hand without any additions (as there is no room to dilute) to sanitize? And, just follow it up with some moisturizer?
You can go to the liquor store and get grain alcohol 151 if your state allows them to carry it. Mix that with aloe vera and you have hand sanitizer. I wouldn't drink it. Probably kill you like moonshine. Also, share it with your family, friends and neighbors as you will never use it all for just sanitizer.

One of reasons for washing one's hands for at least 20 seconds is to RINSE the soap from hands after lathering. The rinsing is critical. You wouldn't be doing that with your squirter bottle.
