Wanted to bump this. Samsung changed the health app, thankfully I managed to find it again but I can't recall what I did. It's still under the stress entry.

I did a google search to see if iphones are capable of doing them because I wasn't sure if they had a built in app or if there's an app so I googled blood oxygenation meter iphone app

The Pulse Oximeter is an iPhone app from digiDoc which measures both heart rate and the oxygen saturation with the help of the phone’s camera to detect the user’s pulse and oxygen levels from their fingertip. It does so by combining the heart rate with blood oxygen saturation. The app comes integrated with Apple Health and does not require some external equipment or device to perform its function. You simply need to have an iPhone.

Oximeter app download - The Pulse Oximeter app is currently available only on the App Store for iPhone and iPad users. To download the app, you need to launch the App Store on your device and search for “Pulse Oximeter - Heart Rate and Oxygen Monitor App” or visit the link here to download it for free.
