I dont trust the media anymore. I do trust the science of immunology which says to overcome a virus, one must build an immunity to it. The recommendations to hide away, not interact, not develop immunity, not come into contact with the world and be afraid, dont add up. crippling our economy and putting everybody out of work is not the answer. this is just my opinion. I realize that this opinion wont get too many up votes but thats ok.
Maybe folks have forgotten that our bodies have a lymphatic system designed to fight infection.
Your lymphatic system is like an inner highway that carries white blood cells through your body.
When you’re sick, you might notice your lymph nodes -- small glands in your neck, groin, armpits, and behind your knees -- are swollen. This is normal. It means your immune system has kicked into high gear to get rid of infection.
Lymph nodes are also filters for your immune system. They catch germs and dead or damaged cells and destroy them.
I can only imagine how vulnerable humans will be after they release everyone from their isolation......
good. then the science you know probably told you no one is sure if exposure and antibody production necessarily means immunity for this virus. one would hope but we just don't know yet. good luck.

You mean at one time in the past you trusted the media? I never did.

Otherwise, I agree with your post and repped you.

At some point, sooner than later, we are simply going to have to take our chances and live fully with this virus with all tools available, including immune systems, mitigation and containment measures, treatments, annual mitigative shots - one by one and all at once - and, some say, a vaccine (but don't hold your breath on that one).

Anything less is certain death.

I check the CDC, WHO, and Hopkins for clinical and statistical information.
I check the various state government websites to learn about new restrictions/benefits/rules/etc. with regards to what the citizens should expect from their government (such as shut-downs, re-openings, new precautions, new restrictions, etc).
I check the Network news (ABC, NBC, CBS) for news about the crisis. I do not watch fox, and I do not watch CNN. They're just opposite ends of the same line of ridiculous.

Dr. John Campbell on YouTube who has a daily discussion on Covid 19 and providing one of the best sources of science and news on the subject. DW news.

WORST SOURCES OF NEWS: FOX news which is second only to Trump.

Trump lies, people die.
