Here's another study just in from Michigan State U. showing that high amounts of Fruits and Vege's with their high amounts of flavanoids reduce the Inflammatory compound C-Reactive Protein that causes Inflammation in the Arteries and possibly Auto Immune Diseases.

Yep, you can get bioflavinoids from taking Ester-C. I take 3000mg a day, but have heard you can take up to 5000mg. My understanding is the older you get the more you should take.
