I have seen several times watching President Trump, his pupils seem very dilated in situations where this would seem inconsistent with the environment (bright stage lighting). I have included a video capture that is un-edited from a recent daily briefing, wondering if anyone else has noticed, and if so what may be the cause?
Since he has blue eyes it seems very apparent, but this may also be why this photo makes them seem so noticeable. Thanks for your thoughts.
I remember a picture of Biden from back when he was the VP, it was during a state of the union address, and since he was seated right behind the president, his face was usually in the shot, in much of the video, his eyes look entirely BLACK, (NO white at all).
Im guessing it was due to the lighting or how he was seated, but some people thought it looked creepy.
Haha - I'd have to agree the pres is probably on SOMETHING...but c'mon - the pic in the OP looks doctored up (no pun intended). His eyes are super dark and everything else in the pic is washed out and fuzzy.

As stated, it is an unedited capture... I mentioned this because as said it does look fake. As to why, I have no idea. I think too, CD resized (over-sized) the image to whatever default it uses, and not sure if it compresses the image and it looks very smoothed over and fake. Not sure if this is the same video I captured from, but here is a link... Maybe another source had a close-up of Trump where I got the capture. I will say I remember comments from the video that folks thought it looked like he was in front of a green screen, and at times it did... Not that, that was actually going on.
