Get into the habit of doing accupressure on the areas across your forehead and around your sides of nose. It's amazing how this OPENS the airways. After over 20+ yrs of no mucus stuff I've been getting it in the last year or so, as I just think our body changes and for years with the grape seed extract I was fine, still am but have morning mucus and later in evening.

Are you on any blood pressure medicines? Some of them have brain fog and other unpleasant side effects. Pre-diabetes or Diabetes can also cause issues.
