Does anyone here struggle with bad eye floaters?

I'd have to be almost blind to even consider vitrectomy for my floaters.

I had them come on probably 25 yrs ago and since using homeopathic eye drops for cataract prevention, they are about gone.

I ignore them completely. They are there, a dozen or more, I can see them in my field of vision as I type this message... the 3 largest ones. If I squint my eyes and stare at the sky during the day I can pick out all of them.
