Having a hard time with ear and sinus pressure symptoms. Any suggestions to help me out would be welcomed.

Following because I get a blocked ear now and then. I don't feel liquid in my ears. I can't unblock it by yawning, I have to wait until the blocked feeling goes away on it's own. It's always in my right ear. If I'm sleeping on that side and turn to the other side, once in awhile it feels like something unblocks in that ear. This is only occasional with me, it happens about once every 2 weeks.

I have tinnitus and hearing loss, that might be connected.

Please let me know what helps you too.

Have you tried an OTC decongestant?
Try inhaling steam (don't lie down...sit upright as possible and lean just your head over a bowl of steaming water or stand in a long steamy shower...at least 15 minutes).
Drink more water. Seems counterintuitive to drink MORE fluid when your sinuses are already seem full of it, but dehydration can make sinus contents thicker and harder to get rid of. Also, drinking more means swallowing more which can release pressure buildup.
Put a cold pack wrapped in a thin towel over your ear or the area of your head that feels stuffed up.
Sleep with your head propped up more. Don't lie flat.
