I’m new here hopefully find answer here
Done my cataract surgery yesterday
When I get up on recovery room on my pillow case was red spot looks like blood

He was surprised
He say it’s probably iv but I don’t know what color iv

Also all day today pressure around my eye and nose little headache
I was in his office this morning he check told me everything good
Then whole day feel sick to my stomach nausea
I don’t know maybe it’s normal right after surgery on next day

That would most likely have been a little drop of your blood from the IV stick. Happens sometimes.

Who knows if it’s normal next day after surgery feel pressure on eye and sinus and have headache ?

You need to be asking your doctor all these questions, not strangers on an internet forum. If your doc won't answer ALL your questions and concerns to your satisfaction, then you have a crappy doctor. Then try talking to his/her P.A. or nurse. I wouldn't let my doctor brush me off. But on the other hand, if he says everything is good, why don't you believe him?

As a rule of thumb, if your vision is good, everything is OK. A botched lens implant will cause diminution or loss of vision in the affected eye. It can take a week or two to happen, though.
