I have looked at eyebuydirect and could not find any frames that are suitable, considering our requirements.

Here are our basic requirements for eyeglass FRAMES:

1. Lightest weight, so titanium frames that are NOT RIMLESS (We wear progressives)
(Will consider half-rimmed, but prefer full rims)

2. Must have nose pads (we both hate plastic frames that slide even slightly, regardless of what is "IN FASHION")

3. More or less horizontal shape, nothing big, no odd shapes or thick rims, nothing that touches cheeks

4. Premium quality materials and build quality

Anyone have any suggestions?

(We will not consider eBay or previously worn frames)

Some of our favorite past eyeglass frames for thinnest, premium progressives have been Cazal, Prodesign (Denmark), Fendi

"I need progressives with astigmatism correction".

Hey same thing with me. No way should you do this online. They would make to many guesses. Like they always look at me wearing the frames and how I hold my head normally. And mark a line. Even the very best in person can get them a bit wrong.

But a pair of more simple reading glasses online. Needed a little different prescription for each eye. And they were great.

Costco has reasonably priced glasses. Keep in mind that something like 70% of all brand name frames (particularly the ones you see at your standard optometrist’s office) are made by Luxottica. Costco’s selection is often not the best, but they do sell Luxottica frames. It is hit or miss there as to whether you will find something you like. I got one pair of glasses there back in 2018 that I still wear, but wasn’t thrilled with the frame options when I was considering getting new progressives. Their frames tend to be on the large side, so if you have a bigger face, you might be fine.

I agree with this. I get my glasses at Costco and there have been years when I had great luck on frames, and other years when I could not find a frame I liked. During the latter, I just ask them to put lenses with the new prescription in the old frames that I did like. (I don't mind wearing the same frames for year, obviously.)

I don’t think my eyes are 100% even either, so I can see getting sick.
This is what happened to me buying progressives from Eyeglass World. Things just don't line up correctly, especially when driving. I have to sit the glasses lower on my face than I normally would. However, I may give Warby or Zenni a try next time. I usually wear contacts for distance as I'm very nearsighted but then I need reading glasses which is a pain. And with the pandemic and rarely going anyway, I have been wearing my glasses more and more.

Nope.
1) Glasses look completely different on a shelf than on my face.
2) Not all frames work for all prescriptions (exa: a shallow rectangular frame for a progressive Rx)
3) The sides of the frame need to be adjusted to the wearer's face.
