I'd start with more iron an fiber in your diet, maybe an iron supplement. You could be anemic, hard to say what causes it, but ulcers, crohns, colitis, etc, can all be a cause. If you're female and have had a recent heavy cycle that can affect all of that that too. Or, you could be drinking too much. Could be something more serious, wait for your doctor.
That means looking for a source of iron loss. In premenopausal women that most often will be menstrual blood loss. If your periods have not gotten heavier over the last year then the GI tract may need to be evaluated.
The first step, though, would be to measure your iron status.

I just finished my period when I got the blood tests. Not sure if that matters? Also my Dr has not gotten back to me. I emailed her and it’s been a week. Is that normal?
