If U haven't tried it, I would sleep outside of the bedroom to be sure what ails you is in there. I agree with the other OP; sounds like fiberglass fibers on your sheets. They will feel like microscopic needles penetrating your skin, but you can't see them.
I had a small issue with bed bugs over a two year period. I believe the previous occupants left me that gift. I sleep on a rigid camping mat on a carpeted floor (no mattress). The bugs were in the carpet. They seemed to come out only a couple times each year. I caught two of them so I know they were definitely bed bugs. I was diligent about vacuuming w/my Electrolux rug beater that would suck up any of them lurking in the carpet. It seems as if they are gone. I haven't had any issues in a year now... knock on wood.
the fogger chemical cannot penetrate flea eggs,so in a few days,you have to bomb again to kill the newly hatched fleas
