For some reason, the past few days, my right hand has been numb, sometimes its the whole hand, sometimes its just the tips of the fingers.

Ive been trying to clench my fists to get the blood flowing, but it doesnt seem to help. Has anyone ever had anything like this happen to them?

I realize some times, this is caused by a nerve being pinched, but Im not having any pain anywhere, so its confusing.

Get a nerve conductive test. It will probably show Carpal Tunnel. Real easy fix.

Is it more on one side of the hand than the other? There are different nerves and different syndromes - carpal and cubital tunnel.

Seems to be more numb towards the little finger end of the hand. I didnt even think of carpal tunnel

I have a pinched nerve in my neck, the Ulnar nerve, runs down the arm. I can get pain sometimes and sometimes not but what I do get is numbness in my fingers, last 2, ring and pinky. I have stretches that help a lot.
