I didn't have any symptoms other than very mild arm pain from either vaccine right afterward. With the COVID booster and vaccine (2nd one, not 1st one) I felt a bit under the weather the next day, but not immediately after. So I could definitely have done this and WILL do it the next time I get a vaccine or booster shot.
